Wilcocks Farm Caravan Site is situated on the edge of Rivington Country Park, providing the perfect gateway to endless rambling and nature walks in the West Pennine Moors.
Location
Please note that our site is 1/2 mile out of Rivington and we always recommend that visitors to site use the following directions avoiding traffic congestion and the narrow lanes of Rivington village :-
M6 Motorway North/South onto M65
Leave at junction 3 of the M65
Take 4th exit on roundabout onto A675 to Bolton (travel approx 4 miles straight )
In Belmont turn Right at the Black Dog pub/ Church ( onto Rivington Road)
Turn first right at the site signs

Positioned in the heart of Lancashire, Wilcocks Farm Caravan Site is the perfect base for either a weekend away a long stay exploring the North West.
The village of Horwich is 5 minutes from the caravan site offering shops, several excellent restaurants and a leisure centre. Middlebrook Retail Park, the home of Bolton Wanderers, a host of brand name shops and 2 supermarkets is less than 10 minutes away. Additionally, the towns of Bolton, Chorley and Wigan are all within 20 minutes drive. A trip to the seaside at Southport, Blackpool or Morecambe is just an hour away.
You don't have to go far though, there is plenty to do and see within walking distance.
